consumers. . This is because piggery is a lucrative business where in everyone can acquire

money from the said business. Hardwork and effort exerted by the employees to serve the

employers business and right and just compensation given by the employer is one of the root that

determines the smooth sailing of the business.. Employer – employee relationship also

strengthens through the effort of both.

To the Society

GFIVE Piggery intends to bridge the demand – supply gap in Valencia, Bacong and Dumaguete

City pork meat market. The propose business helps to provide nutritional meat. Pork can also be

exported if it is been allowed by the higher management.

To the Government

GFIVE Swine Raising Farm will expect to pay their tax obligation as provided by law.

This tax will help the government to generate funds for the improvement of public service and

government projects. In addition,

The proposed business can help raise employment, for it offers job to the people, thus, it

can serve as a source of household income for their living needs. It will help to employ people

who have knowledge about agriculture preferably those who are living within the area of the
location of the proposed business, employees will receive fair payment according to their

qualifications and performance.

To the Business Community

The propose business provides adequate advantage to resellers in the public and flea

markets, meat shops or even in a small stall seller within the community. Pigs are valuable for

their flesh, prepared as ham, bacon, and pork, and for their fat (lard). They also provide many

other products, e.g., leather for gloves, footballs, and other articles, and bristles for brushes.

Thus, piggery business is a lucrative and profitable one.
