in discussions with managers about things like wages and working conditions.
9. My name is Jennie Bryant. I don't actually work for the company, but there is currently a
dispute between the workers and management regarding pay, so I was brought in to try to
settle things outside.
10. I'm Joy Bell. I don't work for the company either, but I may be officially assigned to resolve
the above dispute and make a binding decision. This will only happen if Jennie Bryant can't
fix the problem.
