Bone marrow contains stem cells

The bone marrow is in the shaft of the long bone this is what produces pleuripotent hematopoetic stem
cells which are stem cells produce all of the cells in our blood two linages that come up myeloid stem
cells and lymphoid stem cell and myeloid stem cells can produce 4 different things (monocyte, basophil
eosinophil neutrophil, platelet)) proerythroblast erythrocyte or RBC. The RBC go to the lungs to get
oxygenated it will take the oxygen then to a bunch of places in the body that include the liver

If theres not a lot of oxygen they release a hormone called erythrropoeitin that will tell the bone the we
need rbc more of these stem cells eventually make more proerythroblast and erythrocytes so those are
the times with red blood cells but what happens with p vera is you have mutation that’s called jack 2
kinase that is non receptor tyrosine kinase that regulates cell division of this myeloid stem cell its part of
the machinery to make sure that we don’t over producestem cells but with the mutation of jak2 kinase
so we get set it in the all mode time means nagpproduce sya ng nagpproduce ng proerythroblast

so the spleen is magkakaroon ng duties that can lead to sphlenomegaly or huge spleen and some cam
make it out to the blood streem so pupunta to sa spleen and pag nagproduce don ng madami and di sya
dapat mapunta don it can refererred as gout and same things happen with liver it keep producing this
stem cells so it can cause hepatomegaly or huge liver

Trembotic events are due to the blockage of vessels so for example the hepatic veins drains blood from
the liver na dapat napupunta sa superior vena cava na pwede syang mablocked ng platelet that called
hepatic vein thrombosis and its happen in the eye retinal vein na pwede ka daw po mabulag

Mast cells and theres an allergic reactions because it contain granules that and it referred as histamine
