Do the attestation of the original Bachelor's Transcript and Degree. Do Copies of attested
Degree it's sufficient, No need to attest degree’s (photocopy) too, Notarization is enough.

Procedure: TCS will take 15 days maximum for Attestation when you go to the TCS office
they will tell you everything.

First sign in HEC portal. Upload your profile pic and All information regarding education
and personal .. then go to the attestation degree option in the menu ... after complete the
attestation degree task (select Islamabad option rather than Lahore) then you get an email
from HEC in 3 working days. When you receive an email, then you can download your
application form from the dashboard option in the HEC portal. Then go to the TCS office
with documents (with original documents and HEC application which you received from the
HEC portal). Then pay charges after that TCS will give you a receipt of it. Then upload it to
the HEC portal. Then wait for 15 days.

Bachelor's Transcript and Degree first need to be verified from your university and then
attested from HEC.

ALWAYS SEARCH ON YOUTUBE FOR EVERY PROCESS YOU WANT TO MAKE,

(FOR EXAMPLE) HEC DEGREE ATTESTATION PROCESS.

NOTE: Transcript and degree are compulsory to be attested from HEC.

IBCC
Firstly, Matric and Intermediate certificates (photocopies) need to be verified by their
respective boards, they will provide you verified documents in enclosed envelopes which you
will have to send to IBCC with your both original certificates for attestation through TCS,
then IBCC will attest your original Matric and Intermediate certificates.
(IBCC attests only original certificates of matric and intermediate).

NOTE: Do not open the sealed envelopes taken from Matric and Intermediate board
offices, otherwise IBCC will reject them. Remove plastic coating before submission of
Matric and Intermediate original certificates. IBCC will take one extra photocopy of the
matric and intermediate certificate for their record (we need to submit one extra
photocopy of both certificates). For Verification/Attestation of Matric & Intermediate
Certificates (photocopies) always do copies of it's both sides it's compulsory.
