 Allow the students to have their own way of learning

 They are very much encouraged to think and voice their views about their
learnings, especially whenever they are involved in a group discussion.
 As one of the influence of the Western Philosophers the teacher serves as a
facilitator and a guide
 Since they serve as a facilitator they are just giving instructions and
promotes self-discovery to the learners
 Rather than teaching them , a teacher give the students a chance to think
and have a view points

 They do not memorize it instead they tend to understand the lesson

 Students are encouraged in a rational thinking (to do it by their own
like experiment)
 Our learners have a potentials ,skills and talents that we just need to
brought up
 It is more on student – centered approach
