Your Personal Philosophy

“Education is not the preparation for life; education is life itself”.

Teachers are life-long learners. I am an educator because I heartily
believe teaching is my vocation. Through my passion to imparting
knowledge to my learners I endeavor to give all of my energy and
much of my life to shaping them into developing their holistic self. I
strive to educate them to become independent learners, active
listeners, and critical thinkers by producing an environment where
these traits are encouraged and nurtured. While teaching through
lecture is something necessity, teaching by leading and moderating
a class discussion is often a more rewarding learning experience.

My teaching style is focused on student-centered learning and I

provide the best methods and strategies necessary to guide and
inform my learners. When I teach, I makes sure that learners’
differences were catered. As I believe that every learner has its
unique capacity and style. I incorporate the whole class discussion
sessions, differentiated instructions, real world applications and
cooperating strategies to provide students with necessary tools to
develop critical thinking.

My dream is to produce a life-long learners with positive

impressions on education, and feel they had a teacher who always
had their best interest in mind. I hope they never stop questioning
the world around them, continue to embrace learning throughout
their lives and are respectful of themselves and others.

As “Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.”

The opportunity to ignore a spark in learners’ learning is what fuels
my passion for teaching.
