What is the Validity?


The coverage under the policy starts when the customer transacts on a Fastag toll through Park+
account and ends after 24 hours

The policy will be valid for 30 days from the issuance date (i.e., when the customer recharges or tops
up his/her account)

The benefit will be provided only once post the recharge/topup

This Certificate of Insurance lists the coverage benefits extended to Primary passenger and the co
passengers traveling in the same vehicle which crosses the toll plaza. The coverage will be valid as per
the terms and conditions of the policy document

The Insurance covers Mr./Mrs./Ms. M/S BALPANDE TOURS & TRAVELS along with his co-travellers for
the first road journey post Fastag recharge that requires crossing the Fastag toll plaza.

What’s covered?
This Insurance provides extensive coverage for the insured passengers against unfortunate incidents
while on your road Journey. The following benefits will be applicable when the policy is active :

If you get injured in an Accident


We will pay a lump sum benefit up to Rs. 75,000 if you get injured and it
leads to death or permanent total/partial disability within 365 days from the
date of the accident.

If you get hospitalized due to accident


We will cover the cost of medical bills of up to Rs. 75,000 in case you are
hospitalized or avail day care treatment for an injury due to an accident while
onthetrip. NOT COVERED: Hospitalization charges are not covered for any
kind of pre-existing medical conditions.
