    Finding:
    Leakage was found caused by third party wall hacking work
    and window opening. Upon new waterproofing work followed
    by 24 hours ponding test, no more suspicious water or leakage
    found underneath the slab or the surrounding wall. Water
    level remained.
    Additionally, A thin layer up to 10mm thk of protection screed
    was layed on top of the waterproofing.
