● Bless The Flow is to submit the product order list to (ANISETTE HOLDINGS SDN BHD) (3 days/s)
before delivery to the outlet.
● Items to be restocked must be accompanied with a Delivery Order by (ANISETTE HOLDINGS SDN
BHD) to Bless The Flow.
● Vendor (ANISETTE HOLDINGS SDN BHD) shall be responsible for swift replenishment of stocks
and stocking in of new products.
Product/Stocks ● Bless The Flow shall ensure that Vendor’s products are displayed clearly and kept in good
condition at the outlet’s premises to minimize any possible damage.
● Stocks will be returned to Vendor or sold at a clearance price (set by Vendor and agreed by Bless
The Flow if the stocks are damaged, excess in quantity or slow-moving.
● Upon expiration or termination of this agreement, the Vendor shall remove all products and clear
them all out of Bless The Flow at the cost and expenses of the Vendor.

● The retail price of each of the products shall be determined by the Vendor with the consent of Bless
The Flow.
● Vendor must inform Bless The Flow of any price changes to the products at least 7 DAYS(ONE)
Pricing
week/s before the commencement of the new retail price. New price shall commence on the 1st of
the following month.

Payment by Bless The Flow to the Vendor on the balance of gross sales recorded by Bless The Flow after
commission, or any amount owing to Bless The Flow is 14 days after the sales report for the month is
Payment Terms confirmed.

Bless The Flow shall reimburse to Consignor the full retail price of damaged products under the following
conditions:

Damaged Goods ● Damages caused by mishandling by staff

● Damages caused by wear and tear and customer handling in-store

● Transport for stock delivery to be arranged and borne by Vendor.

● Arrangements can be made for a drop-off; otherwise please deliver stocks to the mailing address

 A product return may be accepted for exchange with another product that has similar or lower retail value.
A product return may be accepted for exchange upon fulfillment of below criteria:

● Product defects are discovered within 7 calendar days of customer purchase.

● Product is returned 7 calendar days from date of purchase.
● Customer must present their receipt as proof of purchase
Product Returns ● Product must be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories including manuals,
boxes, cards, pouches and free gifts received with it.
● All packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
● Product must not have been used.
● Bless The Flow shall notify Vendor of the exchange. Vendor shall replace the returned product.

● Bless The Flow is required to notify Vendor of participation in any promotional offers and items at
the store 2 (two) week/s before the start of promotions.
● Bless The Flow has the right to use images of all Vendor’s products within the store premises for
the purpose of advertising and promotions.
Other Terms
● Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other with respect to any loss, damage or
claim resulting from or relating to third party claims arising from or relating to its gross negligent
acts, fraud, wilful misconduct, omissions or those of its representatives under this agreement.
