PREFACE

Project is an important part of theoretical studies. It is of an immense important


in the field of management. It offers the student to explore the valuable treasure
of experience and exposure to real work followed by the industries and thereby
helping the students to bridge the gap between the theories explained in the book
and their practical implementation. Project plays an important role in the future
buildings of an individual so that he/she can better understand the real world in
which he has to work in the future.

The entire project study has been divided into the five chapters.

First chapter is about introduction which has topics of global scenario of banking
sector and E-Banking and services provided by them.

Second chapter is about review of literature which includes topic awareness and
acceptability of e-banking services.

Third chapter is related with the research design and methodology adopted for
the purpose of the study.

Forth chapter deals with the analysis and interpretation portion of various tables
showing the data collected related to the study.

Fifth chapter is devoted findings, conclusion, suggestions and limitations.
