Resolved That the Directors hereby approve taking Office Premises on Leave & license basis the
office premises situated at Unit No. 802, (I) ‘B’ Wing on 8th floor, in the building known as
“KAILAS BUSINESS PARK”, situated at Veer Savarkar Marg, Vikhroli (W), Mumbai –
400079, admeasuring about of 300 Sq. ft. Carpet Area (The License premises).

Resolved Further that Mr. Pilli Phani Raj (Director) hereby authorized to do following acts, deeds
& things on behalf of the company.

1. To sign & execute the Leave & license agreement for the licensed premises.

2. To register the Leave & license agreement before the appropriate office of the sub-registrar
of assurances / Notary and admit execution of the same.

3. To sign any letter or document in respect of taking the premises on leave & License basis.

4. Generally, to do any act, deed or things to complete the aforesaid transaction.

Further we have no objections to the terms and conditions of such agreed “leave and license
agreement”
