presently residing at 29-A Atlanta Center, 120 Annapolis St., Greenhills, San Juan
City, 1502 Metro Manila, am the lawful and registered owner of a certain motor
vehicle and more particularly described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred thousand (Php
200,000.00)PESOS, Philippine currency, in hand paid to me in full satisfaction and
acknowledged to have received from the vendee, Sisa Cruz, of legal age, single, with
postal address and presently residing at 123-A City Center, 180 Metro St., 1502 Metro
Manila, by virtue of these presents, do hereby sell, convey and transfer unto said
vendee, Sisa Cruz, the above described motor vehicle.
That I further declare that the said described motor vehicle is free from any
liens and or encumbrances and shall defend its ownership from any/all claims
whatsoever.
