A small easy to use widget (similar to how Outlook allows insert Signature), to allow customers to
prioritize their Emails based on Keywords, Subject and/or Email addresses to filter and remain at the top
of the email inbox as priority, above new incoming mail. There maybe a single Eye-identifer icon to
identify as a priority mail.
Once viewer views email, they may decide to leave the email at the top to remain, move to a folder,
delete or unmark priority entry to revert back in regular email flow, if desired.
Assistant app should only prioritize emails from the time app is installed not prior emails (this was an
issue identified in test)
System should allow Customer to select from a drop down and assign an audio sound for each entry if
desired. Each entry should have sound options avail and not only 1 sound option applicable too all
entries to have the same sound. Default is no sound. Also should have ability to mute the sound, if
preferred (as if in a meeting, etc. to prevent distractions).
Viewers will enter the preferred email addresses for priority as a standard and/or Keywords or Name.
Ideally, if I chose a Name as priority for example if my customer name is Maria, I would want the
system via AI or similar to say: Mail from Maria. (this could be a future release if needed)
Our Standard Core Objectives identified below at the initiation of project, applicable:
Currently, I advised these tasks are not functional on current add-in per the
following:
Move mails to separate folder
Eye icon not appearing
Revert action is not built
Category not added (to delete reqmt)
Folder popup at startup (to delete reqmt)
Move mails to top of inbox
Fix UI issues and layout
Sorting mail after the add-in is installed (for new incoming
mails)
This is current view of the EVA Add-in but seeking to improve the UI/UX, have a team member to
support this once features are finalized below:

Dear Shahryar thanks for your feedback & guideline, here is the finding from my side,
1. Will EVA work (after changes) with the newer Outlook (at least 2013, 2016, and 2019)
yes, I will upgrade and make it workable with mentioned versions.
a. There is an issue with TableView filter, it does not unread emails hence those are
not floating to top, I guess this is most important thing to check and fix
please explain in detail, the screenshot will be helpful, and I will try to fix it if
it's some bug.
1. Does this work if outlook is not running and emails are received on mobile or web?
a. For @outlook
b. For other provider
Currently, some features are not working, (again maybe some fixes are required), but it will
work as if you open the email somewhere else, again when you open outlook, emails are
received there and when they are received we can make it to run the rules correctly.

Secondly, need an Installer for an Outlook Add-in. This Add-in is called the Outlook Experience, once
installed, it enables video to automatically play in email without clicking to a browser. We have a prior
edition of the add-in but we updated some functionality and need it to apply to the newer version. Also
to remove the blue smart screen filter notice and add Publisher as EyeMail Inc. I will buy the new EV
Code Signing certificate tomorrow. So it’s a total of two installer updates.
