I’ve learned that their God is Allah they believe that he is "the Only God", the Supreme
Creator of the universe, and it is the main term for the deity in Islam. A mosque is a place
where Muslims worship, there are five pillars or acts of worship in Islam; The Declaration of
Faith, Prayer, Charity, Fasting, and Pilgrimage to Mecca. Quran is the central religious text of
Islam, believed by Muslims to be a revelation from God (Allah). Muslims should pray 5 times a
day, during prayer, Muslims briefly kneel and touch their foreheads to the ground as a sign of
submission to the will of God. They worship Allah by praying and reciting the Quran, they
believe there will be a day of judgment and life after death. Based on my research they
worship and pray for Allah because they believe that through sincerity, repentance, and direct
prayer to God, Muslims strive to establish a personal spiritual relationship with their Creator
throughout the day. They have six major beliefs (according to my research); Belief in the
Oneness of God, Belief in the Angels of God, Belief in the Books of God, Belief in the Prophets
or Messengers of God, Belief in the Day of Judgment, and Belief in the Divine Decree. Muslim
women wear hijabs to maintain modesty and privacy from unrelated males because according
to their religious text called “Quran”, Muslim women and men dress modestly. When it comes
to marriage, men and women are not supposed to date, usually, parents arrange marriages in
some Muslim countries. Muslim men can only marry up to four (4) wives.
