Job Locations - Karol Bagh / Pitampura / Gurgaon / Noida / Moti Nagar / East Delhi

Number of Positions - 10

Key Responsibilities -

1.Recruit and retain the agency force

2.Ability to manage all the parameters of their business like Recruitment, Activisation, Premium Collection,
Persistency
3.Set and achieve business targets
4.Focus on need based selling
5.Ensure that the "agents" are engaged, motivated and productive and are on track to achieve their goals
6.Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the agent's income exceed benchmark.
7.Drive the R&R schemes floated by HO, ZO and branch.
 8.Understand the Agent's business in depth and seek opportunities for business development and revenue
generation.
9.Regular Field observation and Demonstration with the agency force
10.Interact regularly with the customers and agents

Desired Profile -

1.The incumbent should be a pleasing personality with proven selling skills

2.Minimum age should be 23 years but not more than 35 years
3.Prior experience in managing a team and recruiting agents
4.Should understand the local geography i.e. Delhi / NCR
5.Minimum 2 years of work experience with Health Insurance / Life Insurance / General Insurance
Company in Agency channel / Tide Channel. Candidates from Broking can also apply
