 CORE PROBLEMS
“ Low Quality of education in Indonesia “

 ROOT PROBLEM
1. Low quality of teacher
2. Low quality of teacher welfare
3. Low quality of facilities and infrastructure
4. The cost of education is expensive

 SOLUTION
1. The government of Indonesia Republic by Education ministry held the program profesion for
teacher or PPG to update and renew the teacher charateristics and their knowledge “ how to
teach something well”
2. Teachers will be given money of serticifation. Sertification money is adding salary just for
teacher who have passed PPG program.
3. Indonesia Government rebuild the school infrastructure and facilities
4. Students given a scholarship (BOP) to lighten the school fee. It just for students who have poor
condition or having appreciation and good performance. Example ; winner the science
Olympiad.
