    He / she shall assume the role of the welfare chairperson in case of absenteeism and resignation and or

    withdrawal

    There shall be the office of member1/2 elected at the annual general meeting to act as EX- official
    members of the organization to add on to the voting pattern and to a quorum of 2/3 two third rule of the
    total votes and or to create balance factors during debates .they shall also act in any capacity in case of
    absentia of either the chairperson secretary or the organizing secretary.

    AUDITORS
    There shall be office of the auditor nominated and or appointed by the organization to perform
    such duties as financial audits, assets and liabilities audits, members’ audits and or to perform
    such duties or prepare audits reports in quarterly, half or full financial audits reports that shall be
    read to members at the general annual meeting he/she are official members acting on contract
    basis for a stipulated period of twelve months.
    The auditors shall lease and coordinate with the office of the treasurer secretary, accountants, and
    finance chairperson procurement and officers and any other concerned bodies to come up with
    robust final financial audits.
    Auditors may also assigned the duties of presided over the annual general meeting of the
    organization or act as the advisor.
    Trustees
    There shall be a team of five trustees elected or nominated at the annual general meeting to
    serve for a period of five years to be the custodians of all the assets and liabilities of the
    organization
     All the movable and the immovable assets shall be wasted on their names which shall
    include building, vehicles parcels or furniture’s and all office equipment
     Trustees shall act as the quarters of the organization in case of partnership, mergers
    collaborations, dissolutions and amendments.
     They shall act as the advisory committees to the organization form part of the election
    board and disciplinary committee

    There shall be the advisory and dispute resolution committee who are elected and appointed at
    the annual general meeting (AGM)to serve and hold office for a period of 12 months renewable
    they shall be registered and paid up members of the organization
