INTRODUCTION
You are going to learn how to provide your participants with an appropriate Strong
Nation Personal Coaching session.
This session will allow you to understand the difference between S.N. Personal Coaching
and a regular Strong Nation class so that you then as an instructor will be able to decide
when and which format you are going to teach to cater to your own participants.

AGENDA
This session has two main purposes.
1. Give you the opportunity to experience a Strong Nation Personal Coaching
session and really understand how it feels from a participant spot.
2. Go over the quadrant we will be working on to understand each one of the
exercises and also look into common mistakes that you as an instructor will be
able to see in your participants once you start teaching it.
3. Q&A time for us to answer some questions about the program and the session.

STRONG NATION PERSONAL COACHING GUIDELINES:

1. This format uses Strong Nation music paired with routines that allows you to do
more coaching without the excessive physical demands from your body.
2. The instructor can teach it to individual students or small groups (we
recommend 5 people max.).
3. This format can be taught outdoors or indoors.
4. This format should NOT be mixed or used within your regular Strong Nation
classes.
5. If in doubt always go to the guidelines to make sure you are teaching this
format properly.
