Advertisement for walk in interview

Applications are invited from candidates for appearing in walk in interview for the post of Assistant
Professor on Temporary basis in various departments in the University Teaching Department (UTD) of
CSVTU, Bhilai, on monthly consolidated pay for the period of six months.
Information about Essential Qualification and number of proposed vacancies (liable to change) are given in
Table 1. Application form is available in our official website www.csvtu.ac.in.
The application fee is Rs. 3000/- (Three Thousand only) for General/OBC category and Rs. 1000/- (One
Thousand only) for SC/ST should be paid through Demand Draft (DO), in favor of Registrar, CSVTU
Bhilai. For SC/ST candidates the caste certificate is required for fee rebate. For other state central govt.
certificate is required.

Terms and Conditions:

I. Submit separate application form along with self attested documents and DO for each
post/department applied for.
2. Application Fee once paid will not be returned in any circumstances whatsoever.
3. Bring the original documents with photocopy of all documents.
4. Information in the application should be supported by copy of self-attested certificates/mark
sheets. Original documents will be cross verified at the time of walk-in-Interview.
5. Candidates serving in Government organizations must produce No Objection Certificate at the
time of walk-in-interview.
6. Candidate should clearly mention the Marks obtained, aggregate percentage and division in the
Application Form.
7. For conversion of Grade Point to Percentage, the candidate shall submit relevant document based
on his/her respective Institute/University authorized guidelines.
8. Experience shall not be calculated on the basis of mere appointment offer/letter. For consideration
of experience, please attach the experience certificate issued by Principal/Head of the Institution.
9. The University reserves the right to change the number and nature of the posts or
completely discard the advertisement without any prior intimation.
10. The decision of the competent authority of the University shall be final for any
matter/discrepancy/dispute.
I\. Mere possession of minimum qualification does not make you eligible for attending the
interview. Only short-listed candidate will be entertained for interview.
12. No personal communication in any form (letter/paper/verbal) is allowed regarding advertisement.
13. Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification of candidature.
14. Incomplete application form shall automatically be treated as rejected and no further
communication will be entertained in this regard.
15. The selected candidates are expected to join soon upon selection.
