• In the rare event that there are no transferable embryos (fewer than 4% of cycles are affected in this
way), or no pregnancy from embryos that have not reached the blastocyst stage by day 6 you will be
offered a new cohort of frozen eggs towards your next treatment cycle and a treatment cycle at the
cost of £2000. If the culture does not result in a blastocyst on day 6, but viable embryos which are pre-
blastocyst stage are available, an embryo transfer must take place for the guarantee to be in effect. The
policy doesn’t cover cases were sperm used in treatment was below normal parameters. Please note
this is not applicable for patients enrolled in the 2 Cycle Package.

• Please be aware that payment for the treatment cycle should be made in two instalments prior to
baseline scan. We cannot start your treatment until full payment for the treatment cycle has been
received. Medication should be ordered two weeks prior to the cycle starting.
