Happy Friday, Room 7 Families!

I hope everyone is slowly settling back into your school routines after having Winter Break!?

It is going to be a wet day today and a wet weekend. Please try to stay inside, safe, warm, and dry
tomorrow (Saturday) as there are supposed to be strong winds and heavy downpours until early
afternoon.

UPCOMING WEATHER

I am adding the weather forecast for the next week for your reference. I am also adding the
FRIDAY/SATURDAY MORNING Storm Impact for you so you will know what to expect throughout
today and tomorrow morning.
WHAT ARE WE WORKING ON IN CLASS, YOU ASK?

In class we are working tracing/writing our names, letters, and numbers. We are continuing to review
expectations and work on our daily routines. We also continue to work on following directions, asking for
help, sharing, following a schedule, as well as using icons to communicate needs, wants, etc.

SHOWING GRATITUDE

I just wanted to say “THANK YOU” to each of you for your overwhelming and continued support this
school year. I believe that the relationships that are being built with students and families are vital
components to a healthy school experience for all parties involved: students, families, staff. I
appreciate your trust and willingness to share with me your thoughts and ideas as we continue to
collaborate throughout the school year. Once again, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

REMINDER

CROCS are not allowed to be worn on campus as they are a safety issue on wet days, and they prevent
students from being able to run safely.
