WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? / DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We are located in Sta. Rosa Laguna and have a satellite pick-up location in Sta. Ana Manila to accommodate orders that need to be delivered within
Metro Manila - subject to schedule availability.

PREFERRED COURIERS:
ABest Express / Entrego (2-3 days to Manila; 3-5 days to VisMin)
Grab Express / Lalamove/Borzo for deliveries within Sta. Rosa Laguna or special deliveries within Metro Manila

We don't have a physical store at the moment but some of our home fragrance gift items are available for in-person shopping at our partner shop: Kynd
Studios located at Slow Days Cafe (A.Del Mundo St, Caloocan City).

DO YOU HAVE READY-TO-SHIP GIFT ITEMS / BOXES?

We currently do not offer ready-to-ship / pre-curated gift items. All items are MADE-TO-ORDER.

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?

For single items & single gift box orders, please allow us 5-7 business days to prepare your order before shipping
For bulk orders (10 pcs and up), minimum lead time is 7-10 business days
For custom gift sets, minimum lead time is 14 business days regardless of quantity

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

Full payment must be settled for order quantity below 25 pcs.

We require a 50% downpayment prior to production for order quantity of 25 pcs and up
Remaining balance is payable prior delivery of the items. We reserve the right to hold production and delivery until payment is settled.

Bulk / Wholesale Discount:

At least 25 pcs and up per item to enjoy a minimum discount of 10% on the gift item.

Processing Time:
Minimum of 10 - 15 business days before shipping or delivery.
We can accept rush request (under 10 business days) subject to availability of the gift items +
a 5% rush fee based on total amount.

FREEBIES:
FREE Custom Label printing. Design shall be provided by client. We can also help design the label for you.
FREE DELIVERY within Metro Manila and Sta. Rosa Laguna (single drop-off) for orders 25 pcs and up.

Delivery
Delivery fee is shouldered by the customer.

All deliveries will come from Sta.Rosa Laguna via ABest Express / LBC / Entrego
2-3 days delivery time to Manila
3-5 days delivery time to VisMin

For deliveries within / nearby Sta. Rosa Laguna area, door-to-door delivery is via Grab Express/Lalamove/Borzo.
We can accomodate door-to-door delivery from Sta. Ana Manila pick-up point to any area within Metro Manila - if our
availability date will match with the target delivery date as agreed with the customer. Delivery charge shall be adjusted
accordingly.

Pick-up option can also be arranged.

FREE DELIVERY within Metro Manila / Sta Rosa Laguna for orders 25 pcs and up; single drop off.
