Advantages of group discussions

 Varying perspectives
 More input compared to individual contributions
 Less paperwork
 It is not limit in how much information you can provide

Disadvantages of group discussions

 There may be an information overload


 There might be irrelevant information
 People’s views might differ and that could leave room for uncertainty

Topic 2

Interpersonal skills would be necessary because the person will be linking departments and carrying
information from one place to another. So similar to one to one they need to be able to convey
themselves in order for things to work smoothly.

Topic 3

Shorter cycles will enable the analyst to get work done quicker

The analyst also has the luxury of noting the errors much faster
