2. Who are qualified to apply for an EON Starter Account using the microsite

Facebook Group members and followers of Filipina Homebased Moms are
qualified to apply for an EON Starter Account through the microsite designated
for FH Moms.

3. Is there an application period?

5. As a freelancer, what is the benefit of getting an EON Starter Account?

Once you’ve signed up for an EON Starter Account, immediately request for an
upgrade to EON Lite to enable fund transfers and withdrawals as well as
increase your wallet limit to P100,000. As a freelancer, you can quickly access
your earnings through near-to-real time fund transfers from your PayPal
account. You can also withdraw from any BancNet and Visa ATM worldwide
using your EON Visa Prepaid Card.

6. I already filled-up and submitted the form in the microsite. What’s next?
You will receive two emails from experience@eonbankph.com. The first email
enumerates the next steps. The second email has an attached password-
protected PDF file containing your EON Visa virtual card number.

7. I did not receive any email from experience@eonbankph.com. What will I

do?
Please check the SPAM or JUNK folder of your registered email. Please also
ensure that you registered the correct email address.

8. I received the emails from experience@eonbankph.com. What is the

password to open the PDF file containing my EON Visa virtual card number?
Your password is your birthday and surname, following this format:
mmddyyyySurname. For example, your birthday is January 31, 1990 and your
surname is Dela Cruz. Your password will be 01311990Delacruz.

9. My surname is composed of two words (ie Dela Cruz, Sto. Tomas). What will
be the format for the password?
For surnames with two words, only the first letter of the first word should be
capitalized and space should be removed. No periods also for surnames like
Sto. Tomas, Sta. Maria.

10. I received the two emails from experience@eonbankph.com. What’s next?

Please visit eonbankph.com or download the EON Bank PH app from AppStore
or Google Play. Click “Sign In” then “Sign Up Here”. You can also go directly to
https://ib.eonbankph.com/mib/login.do?app=NB. Select “Have an EON
account but no User ID and log in Password yet” then agree to the “EON
Relationship Agreement”. Select “EON Prepaid”. Agree to the “EON Account
Terms of Use” then enter your EON virtual Visa card number”. Complete the
succeeding steps to generate your User ID and Password. Please refer to the
first email sent by experience@eonbankph.com for a more detailed and
illustrated step-by-step process.

11. Why do I need to generate my User ID and Password?
Your EON account may only be accessed via the EON website or EON Bank PH
app. You will need your User ID and Password to log in to your account in the
EON website or EON Bank PH app.

12. I’ve already generated my User ID and Password and signed in to my account.
Why do I need to request for an upgrade to EON Lite?
Requesting for an upgrade to EON Lite will increase your wallet limit to PHP
100,000 and will enable your account to do fund transfers and withdrawals.
Your EON Starter account only has a wallet limit of PHP 5,000 and does not
allow fund transfer and withdrawals.

13. Why do I need to buy an EON Visa Card?

Your EON account comes with a virtual Visa card number which you can use
for online transactions. If you plan to withdraw money from ATMs or do
cashless transactions, you will need a physical EON Visa Card.

You can buy an EON Visa Card for only PHP 100 from Lazada, UnionBank
branches, Pera Hub, Fone Kard Station, and MegaOne branches.

15. How do I use the EON Visa Card for my EON account?
Once you have your physical EON Visa Card, sign in to EON and link the EON

Once you have linked your EON Visa Card to your EON account, log-in to your
PayPal account and link your EON Visa Card as a card and not as an account for
