Before proceeding for PF Withdrawal, please ensure your details i.e.

- Your name spelling,


Father's name, DOB, Gender should be same in Bank Account, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, there
should not be any mismatch in these 3 documents otherwise you’ll not be able to withdraw your
PF through Online.

Online PF withdrawal Process Guidelines are:-

Login to your UAN account, check and update your KYC details i.e. Bank detail along with IFSC
code, PAN, Aadhar, name spelling, father name spelling, DOB etc. according to Aadhar card
and PAN Card (please find attached the PDF copy of the process note for updating/correcting
your details on EPFO portal), if this is not done then you will not be able to submit PF
withdrawal form with EPFO online.

• Step:- 1

First of All your UAN must be activated for Online PF withdrawal process. To activate UAN
visit the official site https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ then click on
Activate UAN & fill the required detail. You will GET PIN on your registered mobile number
which to be entered & SUBMIT. After successfully submit you will receive password on
your mobile.

Then Login to your PF Account with your UAN number & password by clicking on below
given link:

• Step:- 2

Click on "View" Tab

Select "Profile" (to check your personal details i.e. Your name spelling, Father's name,
DOB, Mobile no., Email id.

If any correction is required then click on "Manage" tab and select "Modify basic details"
and update all correct details.

After modification we will approve at our end & then PF office will update the same in PF
Database. It will take few days for updation in PF database.

• Step:- 3

Check your KYC details,

Click on "Manage" tab and select "KYC". If your KYC is Not updated then update your Bank
Account, PAN, Aadhar Card no. etc. properly and Save.
and confirm us to approve at our end.

• Step:- 4

If your KYC is updated properly (Bank Account, PAN, Aadhar Card no.) & approved by
employer, Then go to "Online Services" tab and select "Claim"(Form 31, 19&10C).

Then enter last 4 digits of your registered bank account. then click on verify.

• Step:- 5

After clicking on "verify", it will show "Proceed" with the online claim. Click on it. It will show
“I want to apply for”, Please click on “PF Withdrawal form 19” and “PF Withdrawal form
10C”.

• Step:- 6

After that enter your address and click in the check box. Click on “Get Aadhaar OTP” and
you get OTP on your Registered mobile number.

• Step:- 7

This is final step to apply online PF withdrawal. Enter the Aadhar OTP in and click on
“Validate OTP and Submit Form”.Take a printout of your receipt.

Your online claim will be processed & your bank account will be credited with the amount of
the claim.
