Essential Question:

post-secondary life?
Curricular Competencies:

for post-graduation planning
· Explore possibilities for preferred personal and education/employment futures, using
creative and innovative thinking
· Know about diverse post-graduation possibilities, including personal, educational, and work
options
· Practice post-graduation budget planning
Typically, graduating students have a variety of post-secondary plans. You are to choose ONE of
the following three assignment options to complete, which will further your understanding
about the path you are most curious/likely to follow next year.
3) Download and complete the assignment (fillable document) on TEAMS associated with your
choice.
Post – Secondary Life PLAN A:
❏ Pre-requisite course
- General biochemistry [1 full year or 2 half year course]
- General mammalian (human or animal) physiology [1 full year
or 2 half year course]
- Life sciences [2 full year or 4 half year course]
- Humanities or Social sciences [1 full year or 2 half year
course]
❏ Interview
- Based on academic performance, DAT scores, and
supporting written pieces, selected candidates are invited to
an interview.
- 30 minute interview with two faculty members
- A talk led by the faculty registrar outlining the admission
decision process
- A 30 minute tour of the faculty of dentistry led by current
dental students
- An informal Q&A session led by Dean and current dental
students

- I would like to save at least $5000 per year. I think I would use the saving into
paying the tuition for university.
