MISS SAN JOSE PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL 2022

GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS

1. Every candidate must be a bona fide student of SJPHS.

2. Each curriculum level must have one representative.
3. The candidate must wear school uniform & make-up during pictorials on
Monday, December 12, 2022, at 10:00 AM (they will be pulled out from their
classes, excuse letter to be sent to teacher signed by the director)
4. The standard question & topics will be given on Monday afternoon.
5. Pageant day will be on December 15, 2022 at 1:00pm. Candidates must be at
the backstage of Villanueva Park 1 hour before the pageant.
6. Each candidate is given 2 minutes (minimum) & 5 minutes (maximum) for her
talent presentation. There will be a 1-point deduction for every 5 second
exceeding on the time.
7. Each candidate is given 1 minute (minimum) & 2 minutes (maximum) for
delivering her answer during the preliminary interview. For the standard
question, they will be given 1 minute (minimum) & 3 minutes (maximum) to
deliver their answer.
8. Failure to follow the rules may lead to deduction of points or disqualification.
9. The decision of the board of adjudicators is final, irrevocable, & unappealable.
