    - Sinawali and redonda. Sinawali is more on striking and mainly stick oriented.
    2. What is rodonda?
    - Six circular strikes made in a row with both hands are known as a redonda, and they
    resemble both double zero and figure eight strikes. Redonda's empty hand variation
    is called Trapping Hands. Redonda drills are a fundamental part of many Martial Arts
    disciplines.
