Many people think that one benefit of homework is that it promotes practice-based discipline.
Repetition is necessary for abilities to improve, even though it may be tedious and time-consuming in
comparison to other tasks. It's common to need repetition in order to get better at a skill. Each
repetition makes you more proficient. When homework is finished each night, especially for a
challenging subject, the concepts are simpler to comprehend. This gives the student a benefit while
looking for a vocational employment later on in life. Taking something home and working on it might
help you understand something you don't understand. Your mind might be able to gradually
concentrate on a single topic after a full day of school, improving your comprehension. Life would
probably be simpler if you only had homework for the most important classes.

Even while homework is disliked and resented, it does promote improved study habits. It discourages
wasting time watching television or playing games on a phone. As a result, distracting habits that can
later hinder learning may be prevented from developing. Only when homework is done manually on
paper does it reduce on screen time. Sometimes all students must submit their work online, but that
doesn't mean they can't also fill out assignments or write by hand. Homework can be considered an
extracurricular activity, and many families already spend a lot of time and money enrolling their children
in a variety of organizations and classes to occupy their children's free time. Like extracurricular pursuits,
homework can be incorporated into a timetable.
