WHEREAS ATLAS SURGICAL, who are official manufacturers of Medical

and surgical equipments, having factories at 17 Shivaji Marg, Industrial Area
New Delhi – 110015, INDIA do hereby authorise City Ambulance Limited to
submit a bid in relation to the Bidding Document indicated above, the purpose
of which is to provide the Supplies, manufactured by us Procurement of
Medical Equipment for Uganda Cancer Institute - Lot 1: Ward
Equipment, Lot 2: A/B Scan System, and to subsequently negotiate and
sign the Contract.

We hereby extend our full guarantee and warranty in accordance with Clause
29 of the General Conditions of Contract, with respect to the Supplies offered
by the above firm in reply to the Invitation for Bids.
