The British Airways 4-Day Program welcomes you.
We will strive to obtain and view your strengths, weaknesses, and more throughout the course of these four
days. We take satisfaction in achieving excellent outcomes at British Airways, and we strive to build a

These are the training standards that we expect at British Airways. Thought this Program you will be sitting 3
assessments to test key skill relating to SEP. Please make sure to be making notes of crucial points or coping

Snapshots 1th OCCASION
A Senior Member of British Airways takes a Snapshot. These are when Snapshot, refer to Lead
CSM
you make a major or minor mistake. These aren't cause for concern until And your contract may be
you get three Snapshots, at which point British Airways will decide terminated
whether you may continue. These errors will usually be pointed out to
you on the moment if they are serious, and you and other trainees will be
