Josephs freelance work also included gicle renderings; architectural presentation images were created and printed on a thick matte paper. The printouts were artistically handfinished with colored pencils to soften the cold blockiness of the computer modelling and remove the pastiche feeling of collaged Photoshop images. Josephs academic training in color theory combined with his experience in the craft allowed the images to reach their attained level of art.
