All the add on modules have been designed in consultation with industry experts, incorporatingBestIndustryPracticesandStrongTechnicalKnowhow. InordertoavailtheproductsforallSAPpartnersandtoprovidepre&postsales support,wehavedevelopedaPartnerEnablingProgramwhichwillhelppartners inpresalesactivities,pricing,supportetc.Theprogramhighlightsare: 1. SilverTouchwillenterintoanagreementwiththepartners,whichwillbe effectively for one year and will remain into practice until one of parties decidestoterminateit. 2. PartnerswillpaySilverTouchRs.25,000asSignUpfeeagainstwhichthey willreceive2SilverMFGlicensesfordemopurpose.Demoofotheraddons willbeshownbyourpresalesteamthroughWebEx.Partnerscansellthese twolicensestotheirfirstSilverMFGclient;howeverthenextlicensewillbe pricedattheregularpriceofSilverMFG. 3. Partners will receive a Sales Kit from Silver Touch on all 4 add ons. The autorundemosofaddonsareavailableonourwebsiteonSAPwebpage. 4. We shall provide training to the consultants of Partners at our Training Center in Ahmedabad from time to time. Training will be free of cost but partnerswillhavetobearthetravel,boarding&lodgingchargesfor2to3 Daystrainings. 5. Installations will be carried out by Partners trained consultants; however Silver Touch team will help partners during installation & successful implementationofaddonsviatelephonicandremoteloginsupport. 6. Post sales support will be provided for any changes that take place in B1 throughoutduringAMCperiod. 7. IfSilverTouchconsultantsvisitisinevitable,itwillbechargedextra.
