1. Patricia and Maria are standing on a square lot, whose side measures x
meters and its area is determined by the equation ( x 2−50 x+ 655¿ sq.
meters. She estimates that the lot is 25 sq. meters, but Maria claims that
it is impossible. Why do you think Maria said that?

If a giraffe has two eyes, a monkey has two eyes, and an elephant has two eyes, how many eyes do we have?
