 Point client-owned domain to LMS;

 Branding through front-end configuration

o Does not include custom CSS or HTML coding. Clients will have access to add
additional CSS or HTML code, but it is not included in implementation services

o Clients will have one review with their Implementation Specialist to advise of
required changes to the theme.

 Onboarding inclusions;

 We’ll help your Team get started with Open LMS WORK through our Client
Onboarding Experience.

On-boarding is aimed at getting new users started with Open LMS WORK and
asking questions related to their own goals and use cases.

Your onboarding journey will include:

 LMS Deployment notification and Welcome Email

 Access to eCreators Academy - Online training platform (up to 3 people, 30

days)

 Initial LMS Branding (1 review)

 Plugin/Setup & configuration - if required (additional plugins purchased in

this SOW)

 URL customisation - if requested (1 change)

 Multi-tenancy walkthrough - if required (1 hour)

 Q&A Session (1 hour)

 Transition to Support (in accordance with your purchased support hours)
