UPON READING the Notice of Motion Application dated the 18 th January, 2017 presented

affidavit of ROSEMARY KAINYU INYASIO sworn on the same day AND UPON HEARING
counsel for the applicant ex parte
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. THAT this matter be certified as urgent.

2. THAT a temporary injunction be and is hereby issued restraining the 3 rd and 4th
Respondents, their agents, employees, servants or any other person(s) whether acting on
their own behalf or on the 3rd and 4th Respondents’ behalf from crediting the account of
the 1st Respondent with the commission monies from the premium proceeds of the 5 th
Respondent as regards the Contractors All Risk, WIBA and Employers Liability
Insurance held by them pending hearing and determination of this application inter
partes.

3. THAT inter parties hearing is on 1st February, 2017.
