PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION AD LITEM

WE RAPHAEL CHARLES NDAIRE & TABITHA MBAIRE WANJIRU

both of P.O. BOX 130 - 00618 RUARAKA hereby petition this
Honourable court for a Grant of Letters of Administration ad item of
the Estate of the above named RAPHAEL NJIHIA who died
domiciled in KENYA on the 14/6/2006 limited as personal
representatives for purposes of filing suit/defending and without
power of distribution of the Estate and say as follows:-

(1) That we intend to file a civil suit in this Honourable

court Under the provisions of the Law Reform Act (Cap
26) and Fatal Accidents Act ( Cap .32 ) on behalf of
the Estate of the deceased.

(2) We present this petition in our capacity as

SON & DAUGHTER of the deceased respectively.

(3) That a Grant of Administration ad litem do issue limited

for the purpose of filing suit.

(4) That we have no powers to distribute an Estate under this

Grant.
