- Bringing in functioning projectors and their connecting equipment in all the lecture rooms of the dept. - Having once-a-week actual practical sessions with respect to the eye-tracking lab and brain laboratory equipment. - Having a better network and stronger wifi connectivity across campus. - The central library's digital records must be made more accessible & accurate coursework textbooks must be available in bulk. - Conducting more organized job-readiness training workshops. - Having a pantry/vending machine within the dept. - Allocation of specializations must be made solely based on merit. - Providing merit-based scholarships as well. - Ensuring proper & structured allocation of funds & maintain transparency with respect to the same. - Maintaining CCTV surveillance of the campus - Having a properly functioning student committee or club. - Implementing timetables with designated break time between the lectures. - Having dustbins in every room/washroom. - Making a complete renovation and consistent maintenance of the dept building. - Ensuring regular, scheduled cleanings with more cleaning crew. - Providing ATMs inside the campus. - Increasing the number of water filters and maintaining their hygiene. - Installing sanitary napkin vending machines. - Installing proper working speakers & sound systems. - Buying new & updated laptops for the dept. - Spreading awareness about various resources available to students (ranging from counseling to various course books). - Providing centralized email id for all students. - Keeping the dept website updated with everything - Keeping the admin staff efficient & well-informed by training them for set procedures & technology systems. - Having a quick, proper structure for releasing results (as students have to go abroad/ apply to other programs). - Maintaining proper streamlined communication from staff to students & among themselves. - Having monthly student teachers meet for feedback on student performance and improvement. - Having a seating area on the terrace.
- Having comfortable seating, charging points, and increasing the size of the room in the women's resting room. - Having better functioning, good quality mics. - Providing technical training to teachers in order to facilitate classes across offline/online modes. - Allocating funds for extracurricular activities and for conducting student fests. - Ensuring guaranteed specialization-specific placements. - Conducting on-field training for industrial students. - Making the living conditions of the boys’ and girls’ hostels better and increasing the no. of rooms. - Organizing opportunities to network with alumni through official channels. - Making chairs in the classrooms that are suited for people with disabilities and for those who are left-handed. - Increasing the number of functional classrooms. - Constructing wheelchair access to the first floor (by either building a lift or a ramp). - Having a properly functioning dept library, and constructing a possible computer lab. - Having a grievance redressal system with dropbox/portal. - Having a department-wide, inclusive of all psychology specializations placement brochure. - Allocating a help desk/ person to whom students can approach in case of doubts regarding anything.

- Creating opportunities for students to take extra electives as certificate courses. - Offering monthly railway concessions too (instead of just quarterly). - Having a registry at dept gate for visitors. - Putting curtains/blinds in rooms for better visibility of projectors. - Insulating the open wires. - Giving proper signage/map for the campus. - Having designated parking spots for both faculty and student vehicles. - Having a designated waiting lounge for guests/parents. - Issuing proper id cards with lanyards. - Providing a choice of course papers for the students even in M.A. part 1.
