AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES

We, INNISFREE have executed a Service Agreement dated 01-December-2022.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and undertakings given by

Innisfree and Vendor (Mentioned Undersigned) to each other herein, the Parties hereby agree
and covenant as follows:

1. RECITALS:

1.1 Laneige India offers an initiative, The Laneige Affiliate Program wherein content creators apply
on the brand’s Instagram handle to be a part of this program on a barter basis. The influencers
who are chosen will receive products from the brand and will be expected to create content with
the focus on the products given to them as per brand requirement. The program aims to create
a harmonious relationship between the brand and the content creators, giving them the
opportunity to review the products and increase brand visibility amongst their followers.
1.2 In association with Laneige’ s affiliate program policy, the content creator must agree to and
fulfil the deliverables mentioned below.

2. CLIENT’S DELIVERABLES

2.1 The following shall be obligations of the client for a period of 6 months.
2.2 To create 1 Reel or a Post of the creator’s choice along with a minimum of 3 Instagram Swipe
up Stories a month for Laneige India.
2.3 To generate engaging and Informative Content for Laneige India.

3. TERMS OF AGREEMENT

3.1 You will be supplied with Laneige products six times in 6 months.
3.2 You have to Create Content Revolving around those products on a Barter Basis.
3.3 Tag @laneigeindia in every Post/Reel/Story.
3.4 Use these hashtags: #Laneige #LaneigeIndia #FEELtheGLOW #laneige #radiantonmyskin
#isleptwithlaneige #LaneigeAffiliate.
3.5 This contract is valid for a period of 6 Months from Nov'22- May'23 and can be extend by
mutual acceptance by both the party in writing by authorized representative.
