Suit for the compensation due to the damages incurred by jack jone

The Plaintiff submitted as under:

1. The plaintiff is a resident of park street,california, and the Defendant

is a neighbor of the plaintiff.
2. They were classmate but due to misbehaviour of defendant ,he was
restigated from the school on the ground of torture and defaming
the plaintiff.
3. That after restigation due to anger and inorder to take revenge mr.
defendant try to attack and stabbed with broken piece of glass.
4. That school was over hence the plaintiff had to grab herself inorder
to reach the main gate and due to this a lot of blood lose was there.
5. That the court has jurisdiction on this matter to fix an damages
incurred to the plaintiff .
Prayer:

It is Prayed that a decree for the assault, body trespass ,mental injury , must
be given in favor of the plaintiff against the defendant. And some other relief
as the court thinks fit.

Judegement

1) The Accused has been put to trial on the charge of assault ,body trespass
and mental injury on the event happen in the school by the ex-student of
the same school in order to take the revenge .

Decision

Decision
The defence couldn’t prove that the hypothesis made by the prosecution against the
accused were untrue. This series of incidents that have taken place such as accused
approaching the victim.

Hence the court decided the matter in favour of plaintiff and granted compensation
of 50 dollar along with payment of all hospital bill.the defendant must be behind
the bars for 2 yrs.
