SUBJECT : GUIDANCE FOR THE REGISTRATION OF OFFICE SIM

CARDS

1. Reference: Memorandum from JSSUPT ROLAND LEE N CAEL, Director for

Information and Communications Technology Management with subject Guidance for
the Registration of Office SIM cards dated January 9, 2023.

2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that the

Directorate for Information and Communications Technology Management (DICTM) has
already coordinated with the National Telecommunication Commission (NTC) in relation
to the registration of government-owned SIM cards used for hotlines and other network
services.
3. In this regard, Sim cards currently being used by offices/units for
delivering services such as E-Dalaw, Offices Hotlines and other related services shall
not be registered until the memorandum from NTC is released. Please be advised that a
memorandum will be released by the NTC concerning this matter.

Jail Units shall be inventoried.
