    • Late submission: An assignment submitted:
    o After 1st due date will incur 15% penalty (if any)
    o After 2nd due date will incur 30% penalty (if any)

    2. Project Scope (Functionality you have completed as well as not completed, mention both)
    3. Design of your Application (If you are using database for record keeping, include ER
