Instructions:
 The is a group (max. 2 students) assignment and should be submitted via MS Teams. Please
carefully select the project domain as your next assignment will also be based on this current
assignment. The Assignment is to be uploaded on MS Teams by only one group member.

Select a software product. Recall the class discussion on Development plans and prepare a development
plan for the project. The development plan should have following information as mandatory. Extra details
are appreciated. You can follow any template for developing the plan.
Mandatory information to be included in the development plan:
 Project products
 Interfaces
 Project methodology and development tools
 Software development standards and procedures
 Map of the development process
 Milestones
 Project staff organization
 Development risks and risk management actions

After you have done the development plan, the next task is to develop the quality plan for the same
project.
Mandatory information to be included in the Quality plan (additional information is appreciated):
• Quality goals
• Lists of reviews, tests, and other scheduled V&V activities
• Problem reporting and corrective actions
• Tools, techniques, and Methodologies

You can follow the quality plan template (IEEEE template) and the example quality plan shown in the
class to complete your assignment.

Important Note: The students should develop the plan by themselves. DO NOT copy the content from
any Internet source. In case of any confusion, you can discuss the assignment with the course instructor.
