    Hope this letter finds you well and safe.

    This has reference to the Capitalization Program of the Department of Agriculture


    under the KADIWA ni ANI at KITA to further increase farmer’s production and
    income.

    As the Chairperson of the Vegetable Growers of Agrarian Reform Beneficiary (ARB)


    – Libod Tinawagan, Tigaon, Camarines Sur of which 90% are Indigenous People, we
    would like to signify our intention to be one of the beneficiaries of the said program.

    Likewise, as the consolidator of 34 vegetable farmers of Brgy. Libod and Brgy.


    Tinawagan, Tigaon, Camarines Sur wherein I am the one assigned in delivering our
    produced to our target market, I spent Php 1,000 per travel for the trimobile rental
    fee since we don’t have a delivery service. Hence, we would also like to request for a
    hauling truck which will further our operation.

    We appreciate your continuous support to small farmers like us.
