    The Vice Governor of Misamis Oriental Province wrote a letter to the Secretary of the Department of Education regarding a resolution passed by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (provincial legislature). The resolution strongly supports the full implementation of the K-to-12 basic education program in the Philippines. As the Vice President for Mindanao of the League of Vice Governors, the Vice Governor has also written to other provincial legislatures seeking their support for the K-to-12 program. The Vice Governor believes the new education program is an important milestone that will benefit students and that all stakeholders should support its implementation.

    HELP THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (DEPED) IN ITS

    As Vice President for Mindanao of the League of Vice Governors of the

    through their respective Vice Governors to seek their support to the K-to12 Basic Education Program and to request them to pass a similar
