Improved cutting-edge rule engine, which caters to 5Mn+
requests per day across coinbase preventing fraud.

Designed & Implemented an E2E Rule builder tool that translates
Human readable DSL to multiple rule engine languages from
scratch, reducing the rule writing time from days to minutes.
