4763.420.doc.0006 Rev.01 - Land Transportations - Client Aiding Documentary Guidelines
Below Items are meant to offer Guidance in preparing Land Transportations related documents to be presented to GL-Noble
Denton for acceptance. By “Land Transportations” it will be understood any relocation of cargo done by a Land
Transportation System (e.g. from the fabrication yard to the quay site by trailers)
In order to facilitate document issuing, review and acceptance process, documents shall be submitted in Coherent Manuals,
Analyses or Calculation Reports. This means, when information is directly connected to a certain topics it shall be included
in the related Manual or Report.
For Land Transportations, the following documents shall be put together by the Client and be presented for review /
acceptance:
B.2.1) Cargo / LTS Dynamic Analysis Report During Land Transportation 1
B.2.2) Cargo Securing during Land Transportation Checks 2
B.2.3) Loaded LTS Stability & Strength Calculation 3
B.2.4) Land Transportation Procedure / Routing Manual 4
i. Transport Planning *
* It is advisable to include Transport Planning information & details as an addendum / chapter of the Transportation Procedure.
However, it can also be presented to the MWS on site.
