4763.420.doc.0007 Rev.01 - Weight Determinations - Client Aiding Documentary Guidelines
Below Items are meant to offer Guidance in preparing Weight Determination related documents to be presented to GL-
Noble Denton for acceptance. By “Physical Weight Determination” it will be understood any operation by which the cargo is
weighed in order to accurately determine the its mass.
In order to facilitate document issuing, review and acceptance process, documents shall be submitted in Coherent Manuals,
Analyses or Calculation Reports. This means, when information is directly connected to a certain topics it shall be included
in the related Manual or Report.
For Weight Determinations, the following documents shall be put together by the Client and be presented for review /
acceptance:
B.1.1a) Weight Control Report (sub-component + contingencies assessment) 1
or
B.1.1b) Weighing Procedure (Physical) and resulting Weighing Report 2
B.1.2b) Cargo Structural Analysis Report During Weighing 3

H Weighing Planning and Operation
Obs. Weighing operation Plan data / execution will have to be correctly implemented on site (it will be
verified by the attending MWS)
