Noted.
*Client terms in received general note
AP designed the structures with max. wind speed
drawing no. EN201833-STR-RF201
of 25m/s for transportation analysis and AIC to sheet:3/3- section:12
ensure necessary steps to ensure the same.
Above truck details as shown in drawings are general
details and not sufficient for review purpose,
AIC need to submit details of each & every modules for
stability purpose.
➢ * Client terms & AIC condition comments on blue writing: Also AIC to ensure Stability of module during Road
transportation.
➢ 12.1 ALL THE MODULES ARE TO BE TRANSPORTED BY TRUCK TRAILER. MODULES ARE TO BE
RESTED ON PACKING PLACED ON THE DECK OF THE TRUCK TRAILER. THE TRUCK TRAILER DECK
IS ASSUMED 2440M WIDE. THE CENTERS OF THE PACKING’S ARE IN LINE WITH THE CENTER OF
THE TYRES AND ASSUMED THAT TYRES ARE 1828MM APART CENTER TO Kindly CENTER. IN CASE

tyres . the hydraulic suspension system depends on weight distribution to all axles, so cargo
studied to be in high stability with ZERO risk.
➢ 12.2 UNO, THE ORIENTATION OF THE TRUCK TRAILER SHALL BE AS SHOWN IN THE DESIGN
DRAWING. Well noted
➢ 12.3 COG VALUES ON THE DRAWINGS ARE FOR MODULE ONLY. WHEREVER COMBINED COG
(MODULE + TRAILER) EXCEEDS THE PRESCRIBED LIMIT IN HEIGHT, SUITABLE MEASURES TO BE
PROVIDED TO BRING THE COG WITHIN THE ALLOWABLE LIMIT TO ACHIEVE STABILITY ANGLE AS
PER DNVGL-ST-N001. Trailer COG as shown in drawing, we can adjust hydraulic groups system to
be compatible with cargo COG as well.
➢ 12.4 MAXIMUM WIND SPEED CONSIDERED DURING TRAILER TRANSPORT IS 25m/sec (1 kN/m). Provide the
Truck speed supposed to be 50 KM / Hour for such as cargos, any recommendation please let us details of these
know. connections and
➢ 12.5 MODULE SHALL BE SUPPORTED AS PER THE DESIGN DRAWING ONLY. ANY CHANGE IN fixing philosophy
SUPPORT PLAN SHALL BE INFORMED TO AP DESIGN OFFICE PRIOR TO MODULE BEING LOADED for AP review
IN TRUCK TRAILER. Regarding steel supports welding on lowbed body, we cannot able to proceed
any type of welding but will use alternative solutions as mentioned above.
➢ 12.6 TRANSPORT CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO: Refer to attached designed
support detail "
❖ A) VERIFICATION OF STABILITY OF THE MODULE DURING TRANSPORTATION. CONTRACTOR
2140_TRANSPORTATION
SHALL SUBMIT STABILITY CALCULATIONS (AS PER DNVGL-ST-N001) FOR REVIEWSUPPORT_01.pdf" PRIOR TO
MODULE TRANSPORTATION. Please check above drawings
❖ B) VERIFY IF BALLAST/LASHING IS REQUIRED FOR MAINTAINING STABILITY. IF REQUIRED,
DESIGNING THE BALLAST/LASHING SUPPORT SYSTEM. Stability already achieved due to high
specified lowbed and no need to put any kind of ballast just proceed the required lashing.
❖ C) THE BALLAST/LASHING SUPPORT SYSTEMS SHALL BE INDEPENDENT OF THE MODULE. THE
MODULE DESIGN DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY ALLOWANCE FOR BALLAST/LASHING. Please check
above lashing process snaps.
❖ D) FURNISH/SUPPLY ALL TOOLS AND MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR LAND TRANSPORT
SUPPORTS AND TIE DOWNS. Noted
❖ E) TRANSFER OF MODULES ON & OFF FROM THE TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES. Transfer of
Modules “On” Only.
❖ F) SECURING OF EQUIPMENT, CABLE TRAY, AND PIPING WITHIN THE ENVELOPE OF THE
MODULE. Blanket insurance shall be provided by fabricator.
Refer to provided data
❖ G) LAND TRANSPORT SUPPORT REACTION (AS SHOWN IN DESIGN DRAWING) SHALL BE
from AIC HE-team in
CHECKED & VERIFIED WITH TRUCK`S AXIAL CAPACITY. The payload axle capacity is 25latest Tonstransportation plan"
as per diagram Transportation plan
❖ H) MODULES ARE DESIGNED TO BE TRANSPORTED ON A SINGLE TRAILER. MULTIPLE 12-01-2022.pdf"
TRAILERS NOT TO BE USED. Single trailer 2 files will be used for this job, please check above
carrier diagram.

AIC SCOPE OF WORK (TYPICAL FOR ALL 20 MODULES)

1) AIC TO SUBMIT THE DETAIL LIFTING GA DRAWINGS & DETAIL
METHEDOLOGY OF LIFTING FOR ALL MODULES TO AP.
2) LIFTING GA DRAWINGS, DETAIL METHEDOLOGY OF LIFTING AND ALL
NECCESARY ASSEMBLIES (SHACKLES,SLINGS,SPREADER BEAMS ETC.)
REQUIRE FOR LIFTING OF MODULE SHALL BE DESIGN AND SUPPLIED BY
AIC TO SITE TEAM.
3)AIC TO ENSURE TPI CERTIFICATION FOR SPREADER BEAMS AND
ASSOCIATED ASSEMBLIES AS APPLICABLE.
4) AIC TO PERFORM LIFT TEST AT WORKSHOP/YARD TO ENSURE MODULE
IS FIT FOR LIFTING.

1-Same lifting plan shown in received IFC to be followed by AP team only AIC will update the
actual weight & C.O.G as agreed before for each module after fabrication.
2-Design & supply of Shackles & slings are not in AIC scope.
3-Cost of certification test of the spreader beams will be prepared and share with AP team
with full details to get approval.
4-Performing lift test for each module at work shop/Yard is not including in AIC scope.
