Introduction
Purpose
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly growing technology in modern world. The artificial
intelligence machines have abilities to learn from its past experiences and feels
comforts for new input and perform those tasks which a human want to perform.
Project Scope
The study aims on creating an Artificial Intelligence that helps computer users
mainly on desktops and laptops. By having the basic capabilities of an A.I such as
understanding, reasoning, planning, communication, and perception that has an
increasing effectively, efficiency at a low cost in computer information and internet
information It covers the parts and functions of hardware’s that enables the A.I to build
compatible PC for the use of the user in his/her Pc.

Artificial Intelligence is the ability to design smart machines or to develop self-
learning software applications that imitate the traits of the human mind like reasoning,
problem-solving, planning, optimal decision making, sensory perceptions etc. Maps

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the simulation of human intelligence processes by
machines, especially computer systems. Specific applications of include experts
systems, natural language processing, speech recognition and machine vision.

Operating Environment
Artificial Intelligence is the surrounding of the agent. The agent takes input from
the environment through sensors and delivers the output to the environment through
actuators.

Design and Implementation Constraints

Artificial Intelligence continues to rapidly transform the way organizations and
their people work, a shortage of skilled professionals remains the single most significant
challenge facing Al adoption by industry. Our insights will be presented in framework
that can be used by practitioners to obtain a better understanding for challenges and
opportunities when transforming businesses through AI implementation.

Interface Requirement
User Interface
It is very important to meet user expectations and support the effective
functionality of your site. A well-executed user interface facilitates effective interaction
between the user and the program.

AI programs often examine large numbers of possibilities, e.g. moves in a chess
game or inferences by a theorem proving program, Discoveries are continually made
about how to do this more efficiently in various domains.

-Pattern Recognition
When a program makes observations of some kind, it is often programmed to
compare what is sees with pattern. For example, a vision program may try to match a
pattern of eyes and a nose in a scene in order to find a face.

The proposed system the we are going to develop will be used as the human
performance represents a large amount of operational influence that, for most
manufacturers, has not been effectively analyzed.

Safety
The impact of artificial intelligence in the workplace might create opportunities but
also new challenges for occupational safety and health, its management and regulation.
The automation of tasks through the use of robots can remove workers form hazardous
situations and robots can facilitate access to work for ageing workers or those with
disabilities.

User Requirement
Security capabilities are considered to be one of the main organizational
capabilities that has a strong impact on digital transformation and its successfulness.
Companies access to large data sets and information about customers, employees, or
suppliers, highlights the challenge regarding data security. Furthermore, implementation
of artificial intelligence, especially if transparency is low, complicate the handling of
sensitive data. Cybersecurity skills are thus a requirement when implementing artificial
intelligence.
